A:   Yes we do!

Q:   How should I care for the glassware? 

A:   Handwashing only in mild soap.

Q:   Do you take returns?

A:   On vintage items, no; on non-vintage items, only if they are in original

condition and returned within 2 weeks.

Q:   Can you break up a set?

A:   Typically, no.

Q:   Can you have a register for gifts at the Hour?

 A:  Yes and No. We have a simple Wedding "Wish List". This allows
       engaged couples to come in and make a list of things they would like to
       have from the Hour. Our standard return policies apply.
