West Virginia & Blenko Glass

Blenko started as a family-owned business in West Virginia in 1921. Originally producing only stained glass, the company began production of stemware and tableware after the Great Depression decimated the stained glass market. Among other popular items, the company produced a variety of frosted cocktail glassware during the 1960s and 70s. Today, Blenko continues to make hand-blown glass, although its production is now limited.
